FaFan (“FaFan”, “we”, “us”) operates fa.fan, a platform that lets creators build a store and sell digital products, memberships, bookings and more from a single link. This policy applies to the fa.fan website, the creator stores hosted on it, and related services (the “Services”).

We collect the following kinds of information:

• Account information. When you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, profile photo and Google account identifier.
• Store content. Your handle, display name, bio, product details, prices and any images or files you upload.
• Orders & buyers. When someone buys through a store, we collect the buyer’s email, order details and the information needed to deliver the purchase.
• Payment information. Card payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store full card numbers; we receive limited details such as the last four digits and the payment status.
• Payout information. To pay creators, we collect payout details such as a PromptPay ID or bank account.
• Social profile data. If you connect social accounts, we fetch public information such as follower counts using third-party services (for example the YouTube Data API and Bright Data).
• Usage data. Store visits, device and browser information, approximate location and similar analytics, collected via cookies and similar technologies.

• To provide, operate and improve the Services.
• To process payments and send payouts to creators.
• To display follower counts and other store features you enable.
• To prevent fraud, abuse and violations of our Terms.
• To communicate with you about your account and support requests.
• To comply with legal, tax and accounting obligations.

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers who help us run the Services, including:

• Google Firebase — hosting, authentication and database.
• Stripe — payment processing.
• Payout providers — to deliver creator earnings.
• YouTube Data API and Bright Data — to fetch public social follower counts.

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and analytics cookies to understand how the Services are used. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

We keep your information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Services. We may retain certain records longer where required for legal, tax or financial purposes.

We use global providers such as Google and Stripe, so your information may be processed in countries other than your own. We rely on these providers’ safeguards to protect it.

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, and you can ask us to delete your account. To make a request, email support@fa.fan.

The Services are not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your country). We do not knowingly collect information from them.

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “last updated” date above. Significant changes may be communicated to you directly.
