FaFan uses Google sign-in. If you are having trouble signing in, make sure you are using the same Google account you signed up with, then email us if it still does not work.
Setting up your store
Claim your handle, add products, and customise your store from your dashboard. Changes are saved to your store and shown on your public fa.fan link.
Payments & checkout
Buyers pay securely by card, processed by Stripe. FaFan is the Merchant of Record for purchases, so charges may appear under FaFan on a buyer’s statement.
Creator payouts
Earnings are paid out to your chosen method, such as PromptPay. Set or update your payout details in your dashboard. Reach out if a payout looks wrong or is delayed.
Refunds
If there is a problem with a purchase, email support@fa.fan with your order details and we will help sort it out. Our Terms of Service explain how refunds work.
Privacy & deleting your account
To delete your account or make a data request, email support@fa.fan. Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect and how we use it.
