Notice & Takedown

Last updated July 21, 2026

How to report unlawful content on fa.fan, what your report must contain, and how fast we act.

Where to send a report

Email support@fa.fan with the subject line “Takedown request”. This is our published contact channel for reports of unlawful content and is monitored by a person, not an automated system.

What your report must contain

Thai law requires a takedown request to include all of the following. A report missing any of these may not start the clock, so please include every item.

  • 1. Who you are. Your full name, address, and signature (a typed name in an email you send yourself is accepted as your signature).
  • 2. What is unlawful. The facts, and the exact location of the content — the page URL, and which part of the page.
  • 3. How to reach you. A contact address, telephone number, and email address.
  • 4. The harm. What damage the content is causing, and to whom.
  • 5. A statement of truth. A confirmation that the information you have given is true.

What we do, and how quickly

  • Immediately, and within 24 hours at the latest. On receiving a complete report we restrict access to the reported content while we review it. This is the deadline Thai law sets, and we treat it as a hard limit rather than a target.
  • We keep a copy and tell the person affected. We retain the report and send a copy to the creator or user whose content was reported, so they can respond.
  • We publish the outcome to you. We reply to the address you gave us with what we did and why.

If you believe your content was removed wrongly

Reply to the copy of the report we sent you and tell us why the content is lawful. We will review it again. Nothing on this page limits your right to take the matter to the police or a court.

Reports about an AI clone

Every AI on fa.fan is created by, and trained by, the person it belongs to. If you believe an AI on this site uses your name, likeness, or identity without your permission, report it using the steps above and say so explicitly — we will suspend the page while we verify the creator's consent.
